Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS)

  •  A Grievance Redressal  Cell is in function in the O/o the Chief Inspector of Boilers, Assam, Lalmati, Near Brahmaputra Board, Guwahati-781029.A Public Grievance Officer (PGO) has been assigned in this establishment for instantaneous redressal of any complaints/ Grievance. The Zonal / District Officers in charge may function regarding any complaints/ Grievance in their respective jurisdiction with prior approval and supervision of the Public Grievance Officer.

                                         The claimant may register the complain/ grievance in the department’s website  www.cib.assam.gov.in  or may file the petition offline by a written application  mentioning the details i.e. Name, Address, contact Number and complain/Grievance to Shri  K.C Das, Inspector of Boilers, Guwahati, O/o the Chief Inspector of Boilers, Assam, Lalmati, Near Brahmaputra Board , Guwahati-781029.                                           The final report against the Complain/Grievance are delivered within a period of 30(Thirty) days from the receipt of the complaint / Grievance.
